
Lamarblogspot, can confirm Black Stars forward Raphael Dwamena has passed away after collapsing on a football pitch today.

The news of his death was reported after the 28-year-old experienced a cardiac arrest while playing a game between his Albanian team Egnatia Rrogozhine and Partizani.

The tragic incident occurred during the 23rd minute of the Superliga Match Day 13 matchup, resulting in the suspension of the game.

During his time with Spanish side Levante in 2020, Dwamena was diagnosed with a heart condition and had an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) to monitor his heart rate.
